Our Policies

Returns:

We will accept returns for any reason, as long as we receive back the same stamps in the condition in which they were shipped to you.


Expertising:

Some of our more valuable stamps include certificates. These stamps have a clickable certificate button above their large image.

If you want to obtain a certificate on a stamp, please contact us (using the Contact tab) with the item number BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. We will submit the stamp(s) to the Philatelic Foundation in New York City. If there is a specific expertizing service that you would rather use, please inform us. If the certificate comes back genuine and fault-free we will add the cost to your invoice. If the certificate comes back as a fake or with faults, you are not obligated to purchase.


Shipping:

We are limited to accepting a maximum of 500 items per purchase. Multiple orders placed within a few days will be combined.

Within the US: We ship purchases under $100 by First Class Mail. We ship purchases between $100 and $300 by USPS First Class Package Service. We ship purchases over $300 by Registered Mail.

International: We ship purchases under $100 by First Class Mail. We ship purchases over $100 by Registered Mail.


Unpurchased Stamps:

Stamps that remain in your shopping cart for over three days may be removed from your cart and returned to inventory.
